• 2 medium potatoes • 2 tbsp of Taramosalata paste • Juice of 1 Lemon • 1 small cup of olive oil • 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
How to Make
• Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the fish roe (Taramosalata) and potatoes until smooth. • Gradually add the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic to make a fluffy, creamy mixture. • Either use immediately or store in an airtight container until ready to use.
